Every quarter, I'll come to visit. We can achieve so much in person and it's my way of investing in our coaching relationship.
We'll assess where you are in relation to your goals, get crystal-clear on what needs to happen in the coming 3 months and map out a strategy for you to follow.
No guesswork, no missing steps, just ambitious plans for your salon business.
Monthly Goal-setting Call
Each month we'll jump on a video call. This is your chance to take a breath, to reflect on your progress so far and to adjust your plans to make sure this quarter is a success.
There's no hurry - calls usually take an hour but I book out a whole half day so my energy is high and we cover everything we need to.
The monthly calls form the backbone of bespoke coaching and are where we really move the needle on your business success.
Weekly Progress Call
A lot can happen in a month, and I never want you to feel you're flying solo without the support you need.
Optional weekly progress calls are our chance to touch base, I can offer a little nudge if motivation is flagging or tap into my decades of salon experience to help with specific ideas and questions.

Is a bespoke approach right for me?
Bespoke coaching is the most intense coaching I offer and only for salon business owners with serious ambitions for success in the next 6 months. Please don't be offended if I suggest this isn't the best time for you to sign up for 1:1 salon business coaching.
Is there any group support as part of 7 Star Bespoke?
7 Star Bespoke is a 1:1 salon business coaching program. I may offer free access to one of my group coaching programs as a bonus if I feel you might benefit from the content but essentially there is no group element to 7 Star Bespoke.
I'm not in the UK - can I still sign up for 7 Star Bespoke?
Coaching calls are arranged for our mutual convenience and I can accommodate international call times.
I'm not in the UK - will I still be able to get in-person strategy visits?
As well as visits across the UK, I can also carry out regular visits in the US, Canada, across Europe and the Middle East. Visits to anywhere requiring connecting flights from the UK are an option but may be less frequent. We will discuss and agree this on our strategy call.
What is the investment?
7 Star Bespoke is the ultimate level of personalised strategy and support. This is reflected in the investment. I'll share current pricing and payment options on our call, but you should be ready to invest a 4 figure sum in your own success.
What happens after 6 months?
You will be invited to review your Bespoke coaching arrangement and I will be happy to advise on whether continued coaching would be of benefit.
My salon turnover is low - is this the program for me?
To get the most from 7 Star Bespoke your turnover should be 100k+ If you aren't at that level but you are aiming for 100k+ Bespoke can still work for you. Most 7 Star Bespoke clients have goals for between 250k and 1m+ turnover.
